• September FX 50/50 Program

    50 % Strength Training – Workouts will be broken down into one or two muscles groups per workout.  Your strength training workout will alternate between rounds, intervals and circuits! You will be sure to feel it the next day and even the day after!

    50% HIIT / Cardio – The second part of the workout will consist of some High Intensity Interval Training, this will range each workout but your sure to work up a sweat and torch the calories!

    CORE – we will end each workout with 6 – 10mins of CORE training to really strengthen the Core and Lower Back to keep you strong and able to excel in your strength training!

    Our FX 50/50 Program will be 3x per week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  To boost your results from this program, we recommend you also attend Tuesday and/or Thursday, as FX SHRED and HIIT will compliment our 50/50 program in September.
