We will have WEEKLY fitness Goals (in and out of the gym)
We will have WEEKLY Lifestyle and Nutrition goals no matter where you are in your fitness and health journey (these will be attainable and give you options)
You can choose to stick with that lifestyle/nutrition goal for the week or the full 21 Days!!
A private Facebook group to motivate you and assist you 24hrs.
