• FX Conditioning

    FX ConditioningThis program will challenge your fitness level with continuous strength training and cardiovascular exercise. This is a 1 hour class. Every day, every week a new workout is designed to challenge your fitness level, not allowing your body to plateau or become used to repetitive routines.  Total FX Fitness is not your typical gym. You'll find no fancy machines or treadmills. No spinning classes or zumba BUT our members are challenged each class though interval training, free weights and team challenges.

      Along with that I have also competed in strong man competitions and STREND challenges (strength and endurance). I have been a certified trainer since 2001, specializing in sports conditioning and team training.

    FX ShredThis high impact cardio workout will blast the fat and torch the calories.  Participants in FX Shred will experience 45 minutes of intense cardio and weight training exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.     FX BabeFitFX BabeFit workouts incorporate cardiovascular and muscular conditioning as well as essential stretches. Whether in a baby carrier or lying next to you, your baby will be present in the workout while you participate in this fitness conditioning program.
